Your Privacy Is Important To Us

This privacy policy explains how our company collects information, stores that information, and then distributes that information. Our company collects information in many ways, both online and offline. Our company generally uses this information to provide customized services for our visitors to our web site, as well as our customers who buy our products and services. Generally our company treats such information as proprietary and does not share such information with third parties. Visitor Information

Visitor information gets collected on our web sites to help us improve the effectiveness of our web sites, and does not personally identify such visitors. It should be noted that if you violate the security of our web site or breach any of our Terms Of Service, that this information can be turned over to Law Enforcement Officials, who can use this information in combination with information provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to personally identify you.

Subscriber Information

We collect personally identifying information about our subscribers whenever they sign up to one of our newsletters or announcement lists. This information includes, but may not be limited to, the subscriber name and email address. This information is considered proprietary information, and is never shared with any third party without our subscriber's consent or as required by law. Subscribers may opt out of receiving our newsletters or announcements at any time by using the "unsubscribe link" at the bottom of every newsletter or announcement message our company sends. It is the policy of our company to fully comply with the CAN-SPAM act in all the messages sent to our subscribers by our company.

Customer Information

We collect personally identifying information about our customers whenever our customers purchase a product or service from us. This information includes, but may not be limited to, the customer name, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses. It is the policy of our company to never store a customer's payment information on our web site's databases. Payment information includes credit cards, debit cards or other methods of payment data. All payments for our products and services are handled by trusted third-party Payment Processors for our company who do not reveal such payment information to our company. The only information our company utilizes from our Payment Processors is the payment status. If the product or service being offered on our site is provided by a third party where our company is acting as a joint venture partner, affiliate or reseller etc., then our company policy is to provide only the minimum amount of information to our third party partners so our customer's order can be fulfilled. If a customer purchase is for a gift to someone else, then that customer may reveal personal identifying information about a third party. Our company has no control over what third party information is provided by our customers, and you should exercise care when doing so.

Aggregate Information

Our company collects aggregate information for the purposes of making our web site pages more effective and promote our products and services, where the information is in the form of statistical sums, averages or counts. No personal identifying information is revealed.

Online Surveys And Testimonials

From time to time, our company may at it's discretion post surveys on our web sites. The information gathered may include, but not be limited to, a person's name and email address. This information is considered proprietary and will not be shared with any third party unless our company is directed to by law. The results of surveys will only by revealed in an aggregate way in terms of statistical sums, averages or counts. No personally identifying information will be revealed, without the survey taker's permission or as directed by law. People not associated with our company may send our company testimonials or feedback about our web site content, products or services. Our company policy is to keep such communications private, unless we have the person's permission to use their testimonials or feedback for commercial or promotional purposes.

Our company uses cookies to track sessions when a person has logged into one of our membership areas, to manage our telecommunications network and to collect, store and sometimes track visitor usage while accessing pages on our site.
